Key Accountabilities:
• Provide delightful client service and communication
• You’ll start at the point of the spear - receiving and prioritizing client service requests by phone, text, email, etc.
• Providing Level 0-1 IT Help Desk tasks (which we’ll teach)
• Procurement and asset management
• Walk-in client and delivery reception
• Inventory and asset management

Minimum qualifications:
• High-school graduation
• Proven customer service skills
• Work or volunteer experience with excellent references

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A valid TX Driver’s license
