Practical technical skills: current knowledge and ability to lead people in our efforts to deliver projects and service to our clients in several of these core technologies and areas –
Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2016-2019, On-Premise Exchange, Office 365 migration and mailbox management, PowerShell (real expertise, not copy/paste), Asterisk and SIP telephony, Web Host Server manage4ment (LAMP stack), iOS, Azure, Active Directory, O365, Cloud architecture, VMware / Hyper-V, RDP Farm deployment and tuning, desktop support, firewalls –WatchGuard, CISCO, Meraki; Group Policy for network standardization, printer deployment, security constraints, and software deployment, SharePoint migrations, tuning and support, folder redirection, both on-prem and cloud, in-depth understanding of email flow troubleshooting, cyber security concepts, tools, and best-practices, segmented networks (VLANs), Backup and Disaster Recovery Management (various tools), ConnectWise Manage PSA and ConnectWise Automate RMM tools (including Manage scripting).

Application Process: Candidates will be emailed a link to our online career snapshot application. Based on the completed forms, candidates will be selected and proceed through roughly 4-hours of interviews which include: 1) an initial introduction and application review by phone, 2) an in-person technical interview, completion of Criteria test batter, and a DiSC Assessment, 3) tandem interview. After executive review, selected candidate(s) will be asked to arrange their reference check calls. Offers of employment will be contingent upon positive reference and background checks.
