Minimum qualifications:

• College degree in Mathematics or Physics strongly preferred
• Minimum one year of dynamic help desk/IT specific customer service
• Minimum current CompTIA A+ or similar/equivalent certification
• Proven customer service skills
• Work or volunteer experience with excellent references
• Dependability and trustworthiness
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A valid TX Driver’s license
